Dr. Aspros’ reputation in the field of cosmetic and implant dentistry can be attributed to his goal of creating the perfect smile for each individual patient. From the placement of white, tooth-colored bonded fillings to full-mouth cosmetic makeovers, Dr. Aspros prides himself in making his patients’ smiles look their best.
Dr. Aspros was born and raised in New York City. He graduated from the world-renowned Bronx High School of Science in 1972. He graduated from the State University of New York in Binghamton with a degree in Biology in 1976. His dental degree was awarded by the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he served as Student Council President. Dr. Aspros opened his practice in Tallahassee with his partner, Dr. Peter Badger, in 1980.
As dental implants have become proven solutions for tooth loss, Dr. Aspros has actively made implant restoration a centerpiece of his continuing education. He treats implant restorations from single tooth replacements to full mouth implant retained makeovers. Dr. Aspros has experience with tissue level and bone level implants as well as the latest in restoration platforms to provide the most aesthetic implant restoration. His education is current with the very latest in the rapidly evolving field of implant restorations. Dr. Aspros has lectured at the Leon County Dental Society on the subject of complex reconstruction cases.
Drs. Aspros has been a team dentist for both professional and collegiate sport teams for over 25 years. He “cut his teeth” as a dentist for the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks hockey team and has provided care for the full complement of sports teams for the Florida State University Seminoles. Dr. Aspros also lectures in the field of emergency and sports dentistry at Florida State.
Dr. Aspros is married to Mary, an attorney with the Morgan and Morgan law firm. He has three grown children, Lisi, Natalia and George. His primary hobby centers around his struggles with golf.
